Dr. Margaret Maclin, DMD
Hi everyone! I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself!

I am Dr. Margaret Maclin, a board certified pediatric dentist. I grew up in Destin, Florida (it was still a small town back then!). I went to Auburn for undergrad, Medical University of South Carolina for dental school, and NYU’s Providence site for my pediatric dental residency. I have lived here in Nashville since 2017.

My practice style: Over the years, I have worked in several different types of practices from corporate, to private, to a health center, to a level 1 children’s hospital. It is through all of these different experiences that I witnessed the need for truly individualized care because no two patients, no two families, no two experiences are the same.

My goal is to keep your family healthy and your dental experiences positive, knowing that that can look different for each patient! I am passionate about creating a dental environment that is tailored, inclusive, supportive, safe and most importantly FUN for all children!

If I am not at work: I am oftentimes barefoot in my garden, cooking yummy (but healthy) meals for my family and friends, traveling and exploring new places, and spending as much time outside as possible with my husband and our two girls.

Fun Fact #1: We live on a small urban farm!  We have a huge garden, lots of fruit trees, chickens, a dog and a cat right in the heart of Nashville.

Fun Fact #2: I lived in Madrid, Spain in college for a study abroad program so I speak Spanish!
